• Shipping Details: Orders placed before 11 am AEST are shipped the same day, while orders placed after 11 am are shipped the next business day. We use AusPost Express for fast and reliable service.
• Weekend Orders: Orders can be placed over the weekend, but shipping will occur on the next business day.
• Tracking Your Order: You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a tracking number once the product is dispatched.

Same Day Delivery:

We offer FREE Same Day Delivery only within the Newcastle & Port Stephens Region. This option is available only for shipping addresses within the following post code list: 2287, 2289, 2291, 2292, 2293, 2294, 2295, 2296, 2297, 2298, 2299, 2300, 2302, 2303, 2304, 2305, 2307, 2308, 2315, 2316, 2317, 2318, 2319, 2320, 2321, 2322, 2324. 

Orders placed selecting this option from 2pm AEST onward will be delivered the following day. A customer will receive updates accordingly with this process, both by SMS & Email.
